The best kept secret.
Under the radar.
Nice….if you’re a spy.
Dangerous if you’re in business.
Businesses trade on two currencies.
Trust and attention.
Unless prospects trust you, they won’t buy from you.
Unless you have prospects attention, they can’t trust you in the first place.
The traditional way of doing this is going ‘out’.
Cold calling, proposals, networking. No one really enjoys them.
But most businesses depend on just one ‘ trategy’. Hope – hope the phone rings, hope they get a referral, hope the client accepts the proposal. Sometimes it works but most of the time you can serve many more clients and are leaving money on the table.
You need to flip this on its head.
Become the tall poppy in your industry.
The most obvious, valuable, trustworthy choice in your market.
You do this by building a lead generation system that attracts, captures and qualifies leads in a predictable, scalable way.
Plus it educates your prospect along the way and is highly valuable to them.
The potential here is huge.
It really is.
The number of businesses in each industry who are leveraging their digital channels to drive real business results is tiny.
The number who are grinding away doing what they’ve always done is huge.
What type of businesses?
Anyone who sells a high value service or product in a consultative way. Get’s a customer on the phone or face-to-face as that’s where the real business happens.
This is what I do in my business and help my clients do to
Thats why I have over 500 of them…
What kind of clients?
Consultants, coaches, services business, property, finance brokers, software.
If you’ve got a high value service, this works (and you don’t need to be techy to build it)
Which is why I’m willing to share it with you.
So before you go any further here’s the Framework:
First you need to attract:
Attract:
Unless you can spend money on acquiring clients, you don’t have a scalable business. Thankfully you don’t need deep pockets to start. Putting the right message to the right market via the right media is the core of attracting the perfect clients into your world and starting to build a relationship. Having a simple, predictable marketing system is essential. Key metrics here are cost per lead and cost per qualified lead – how much it costs you to book a call or meeting. If you know this numbers and have a system to generate them, you’re in control.
Qualification:
The raw truth is only 1 per cent of your market is actually looking for the solution – ready to go with cheque book in hand looking for the right provider. Ninety-nine per cent need education on the problem or solution.
A system that educates them on why you are the solution puts you head and shoulders above the competition. You should only be investing the vast majority of your energy and making offers to qualified prospects.
The modern follow up system isn’t about calling the customer everyday hoping they say yes. It uses some basic marketing automation to do this 24/7 on autopilot.
Conversion:
Most people love making the sale but hate selling. They see sales as a pushy, slimy game full of skinny ties and fast talkers. Sales is actually a removal process, understanding where your client wants to be in the future and removing the barriers to them getting there.
Having a proven, predictable, high value sales process is essential. I’ve mastered a predictable sales process that gets you an answer quickly
Delivery:
If you’ve executed the previous three steps, then scale is awaiting.
By now you know your numbers intimately and have control over the acquisition of new clients.
Having a leveraged delivery model removes the bottleneck of you doing all the work. The client gets the result they desire with just the right amount of YOU.
I’ve told you how, but to get the full context I need to SHOW you how.
The world is changing and the old methods of doing things are going the way of the dinosaurs.
You can keep grinding or you can build leverage.
And if you keep trading time for money you will burn out without truly reaching your potential.
I’ve shown you there’s a better way.
