While I’m here in the Gold Coast I’ve gone back to Crossfit.
The last time I was in a Crossfit gym was 3 whole years ago.
When we were living on Waiheke I had to build out the garage gym and train on my own. It has it’s advantages but it also has it’s downsides.
The Gold Coast is absolutely covered in gyms. Seems to be one on every corner
Why did I choose to go back to a Crossfit gym?
Is the the group coaching?
The booty shorts?
It’s one simple thing. They tell you what to do.
Everyday you turn up and there’s a workout written on the board.
You do the workout, work hard and go home.
You know you’ve done all you can. No thinking about the right program, rep range or any of the other million variables there are in exercise.
If you cant do a movement or have an injury then the coach will give you something that modifies it.
I know that if I turn up and do the work I will get fitter, faster and stronger.
This is what happens in Authority Architecture.
You turn up, work hard inside a framework and get personal help from your coach (me) when you need it.
This leads to results.
