Here’s the itinerary for your four nights in Bali:
You arrive on Sunday 28th July and your driver will whisk to our private villa. The villa will be ready for your arrival from 2pm.
You will have time to settle in your room, unpack and unwind during the afternoon.
At 5.30pm you head up to the rooftop where James will be hosting sunset drinks. Dinner will be served at 7pm.
Monday
The foundation of business is what you sell and who. James will show you the hidden profit centres in your business and a simple framework to unleash them.
We’ll start with your pricing and customer avatars and ensuring the fundamentals are down to make you easy to buy from. We’ll work on your packaging and price points so you get the sales and margins you’re after.
Leverage is everything. Being successful isn’t about being busy, it’s about working smarter.James will show you how to design, deliver and profit from services that demand 90% less of your time while delivering outstanding results to your clients.
By the end of the day you will have crystal clear Authority positioning and a roadmap for growth on your terms.
The day will flow as follows:

9am – 12pm – James and Anna will lead you through a session focused on the foundation of business – what you sell and who to.
12.30pm – 1.30pm – Lunch
1.30pm – 2.30pm – Breakout group work lead by James and Anna
4pm – Sound Healing out of the Villa
5.30 – 7pm – Time to unwind, relax and connect
7pm – Dinner at the villa
Tuesday
Tuesday starts with you. What kind of business you want. Want kind of life you want. Being a three dimensional human involves integration and harmonisation. We will show you simple systems to master yourself, daily, weekly and monthly so you have a new found clarity, direction and energy.
The day will flow as follows:
8am – Breakfast
9am – 12pm – Michelle and James will lead you through a session focused on identity and vision
12.30pm – 1.30pm – Lunch
1.30pm – 2.30pm – Breakout group work lead by Michelle and James
2.30pm – 4pm – Time to unwind, relax and connect. Allow some time to get ready to head to Ku De Ta Beach Club
4.30pm – 8.30pm – Ku De Ta Beach Club
8.30pm – Driver pick up
Wednesday
We switch to growth mode – it’s time to focus on your platforms – website, Linkedin, Facebook — James and Anna will give you simple, but high converting templates you can use to position yourself as an authority in your market and be magnetic to prospects and together we will customise them and install them. You will have full access to James’ toolbox of hundreds of templates to swipe and deploy. Along with this Cameron will be discussing all things marketing, with Steph giving you the lowdown on what really makes a community.
The day will flow as follows:
8am – breakfast
9am – 12pm – The team will lead you through a session focused on marketing and messaging.
12.30pm – 1.30pm – Lunch
1.30pm – 2.30pm – Breakout group work lead by James and Anna
2.30pm – 5pm – time to unwind, relax and connect – one hour massages can be booked at your request
5pm – 7pm – Social time and a performance by Balinese dancers and Gamelan Musicians
7pm – Dinner at the villa
Thursday
We wrap up with your roadmap and your new found energy to build a business on your terms.
The day will flow as follows:
8am – Breakfast
9am – 11am – James and Anna will lead you through a session focused on road mapping.
11am – 12pm – Time to pack and prepare to leave
12pm – Check out from villa
