You may have noticed I produce a lot of content.
I do it to educate, entertain, engage but ultimately I do it for attention.
Attention is the first step towards growing your business and getting your products into the marketplace.
It’s the single biggest challenge for all entrepreneurs.
Obscurity kills businesses.
So you must get yourself known in your space and dominate it.
You have assets in your business right now that you aren’t leveraging.
Visitors to your website.
Email lists.
Existing customers.
The thing that stops most is they don’t know what to say.
So they say nothing. They don’t seek attention.
Coming up with what to say is easier than you think. Because your customers are telling you every day.
Here’s a simple exercise:
For 7 days write down every question you are asking by a prospect or customer. Phone calls, emails, chat sessions any means of communication. If you’ve got a team get them to do it too.
A simple spreadsheet will do. Nothing fancy.
After 7 days look for patterns.
What questions come up repeatedly? I guarantee there will be plenty.
Now answer it. Write an article. Record a video. Heck – record a video and get it transcribed and turn it into an article if you really want to be a content ninja.
Send it to your email list.
Post it on your social channels.
Retarget customers who’ve viewed the product or service that solves the problem on your site.
If 1 customer asked it then 100 others are thinking it.
Work through the list. Hit publish every day.
Now you’ve got content and attention you need to get people buying. I can help with that.
