Theres this terrible myth that because people aren’t millennial they cant participate in the ‘new way’.
That because they don’t know the tools they cant leverage digital and social channels to get and serve clients.
Marketers tell you you this new tool will make it easy. Solve everything.
But new tools usually just add more complexity, cost and confusion.
The reality is that experienced people are often instinctive business animals who can sense what is good or bad.
Nothing replaces time at the coal face.
The tactics – digital marketing etc – are EASY to teach but nothing replaces time in the market looking into the whites of your customers eyes and knowing what they want.
The principles of human connection, persuasion and positioning haven’t changed in our lifetime.
It’s only the tactics and channels that are moving at a breakneck speed.

Willing to learn and apply only the tactics that get results.
